教学情况

科研情况

承担研究生《组学与数据分析》和《分子生物学与基因组学》、本科生《基因组学》、《专业英语》等课程的教学任务。主要从事植物基因组和分子生物学的研究。主持国家基金项目2项;国家中小企业创新基金1项;国际合作项目、省级及其他项目等20;发表论文100余篇,其种SCI论文20余篇。较系统地从欧美引进芦笋品种和资源100余份,在云南开展芦笋周年生产的种质创新、育种和产业化示范种植与加工研究,示范推广3万余亩,威廉体育williamhill2017年获云南省芦笋引智示范单位。从南美安第斯山区域国家引进藜麦及近缘品种与种质资源300余份,开展育种研究及滇西北和滇东北高海拔(2400m以上)春夏季(原产地冷凉)和秋冬季(2000m以下)规模化推广藜麦种植5万余亩;主导或参与芦笋、藜麦、番茄等作物的选育新品种8个;授权专利17项,其中发明专利6项。培养毕业硕、博研究生30余人。
